Udbhav Ganjoo is seasoned HR professional with over three decades of experience across industries like engineering, automobiles, services, and pharmaceuticals, having more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical industry. He has experience in working with various organizations with multicultural workforce across geographies.
Currently he serves as Head of HR -Global Operations, India, Emerging Asia and Access Markets at Viatris. He joined Mylan in 2015. Prior to Mylan he was with Ranbaxy as Global Head of Human Resources.
He has held HR leadership positions across organisations where he has worked in and also held board positions in various entities.
Udbhav has experience in talent management and maximizing human performance through strategic application of a variety of HR initiatives. He has successful track record of addressing challenges related to talent acquisition, development, diversity, total rewards, retention, employee relations, mergers and acquisitions, training & OD. He has also partnered closely with the business to drive strategic HR initiatives and managed operational responsibilities for effective talent management, maximizing productivity, change management, employee diversity, succession planning, organizational design and employee engagement in various leadership positions.
Udbhav holds master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management and Degree in Law.
He is a well-regarded HR thought leader. Udbhav is a member of CII’s National Committee on Leadership and HR and also member of various professional bodies which includes SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) USA and All India Management Association-India besides others.
